It was such a delight working with Heritage Signs & Displays! The response time after submitting a quote request was very quick compared to other companies.
Sean Nigh was the project coordinator assigned to our company and he worked patiently and tirelessly to ensure our needs were met, and this was over the course of a month and half, as our needs changed.
Many thank yous to Angel who installed the sign in the office. He had to come twice as we had to make some fixes.
The team never complained but only demonstrated professionalism throughout the process.

Heritage Printing was great every step of the way. Taylor was very helpful in finalizing our design and materials and was very communicative. Angel, our installer, was professional and precise with the work he did. We are so happy with the end result. We were able to meet our deadline and the office looks great. I've worked with Heritage on a number of projects and I am always impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and customer service they provide. Our most recent project was an installation for the executive offices at my organization. Project manager James was extremely helpful in carefully planning out the display. Installers Ca'Lan, Angel, and Paul were efficient, careful, and skilled - the display looks great and you can see the care and effort made to get everything just right. Overall it was a great experience, and the final product was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

At Morton's BMW Motorcycles in Fredericksburg, Virginia, we were tasked with creating a display area for one of our model lineups. Included in the design were a wall mural and an image of scenery to be applied to a large bank of windows. Heritage's crew did an outstanding job installing the mural in a complex corner location that included a door to be covered. When the original graphic design for the window treatment was clearly not workable, they came up with a brilliant solution and did a great and fast job of applying it to the window sections. Top notch service, friendly and responsible staff, we couldn't be more pleased!

Heritage has done it again! Excellent service, professionalism and stellar product delivery! Our organization used them in the past, so it was only natural for us to request their services again! I want to give a big shout out to Sophia Lee at Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays for their great work on a retractable banner they made for our campaign. Before reaching out to them, we had tried using an online service and it was not good-- outdated design website mixed with lack of human service was a mess-- so we were thrilled to connect with Sophia and Heritage. Sophia's communication was outstanding, her patience with our design requests (which changed more than once), and the speed with which she got the job done (ahead of schedule) was really impressive. The response to our sign at events has been amazing. I would recommend Sophia Lee and Heritage Printing to anyone in need of a professional experience from beginning to end!
