One of the signs of a great company is the attention that they give to small requests. We were extremely happy with the service that James Zambrano gave to us as we worked on 6 wall graphic installations. We recently used Heritage to print several large pieces for a trade show my colleagues and I were attending. We had a pretty large order (2 10ft fabric towers, 13 pop-up banners, and 2 interlocking towers) but Heritage made the process absolutely seamless. I cannot speak highly enough of the Heritage team. We have worked with them several times and they are always professional and timely and are very good communicators. James Z, in particular, made our order process stress-free and I cannot thank him enough! He was quick to respond to any questions I had and he ensured that our order was printed and delivered on time (even though I was personally behind schedule on getting designs to them!).
