• Joe Barber: The Numbers Guy. Joe is our sales expert, numbers guru, manufacturing expert, and owner. He's always up for a challenge and loves working on unique projects.

• Melissa Barber: The One Who Loves Marketing. Melissa is our chief marketing officer, project manager, and owner. She's always looking for new ways to make our clients look good and loves working on creative projects.

• Von Syhlman: The One Who Runs Things. Von is our first line of defense, answering the phone, keeping track of production, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the midst of daily chaos.

• Elly Flenker: The Vinyl Artist. Elly loves travel, Disney, and learning new skills. She spends her time designing in the office, doing vinyl work in the shop, and conducting surveys.

• David Schachterle: The Founder. Dave founded Signs & Designs in 1981 and is a true artist. He sold the company to the Barbers in 2020 and is now enjoying retirement.

• Rock Star Installers and Fabricators: Our team of rock star installers and fabricators includes Josh Petersen, Clint Wrage, and Tanner Lamphier. They're always ready to get the job done and ensure that every client is completely satisfied with their final product.
