At ABC Signs, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience in the sign industry. Our journey began as ABC Mobile Marquee in the late 1970s, and since then, we have grown to become a successful and reputable company in the sign industry.

Our Story

Our founder and owner, Cliff Meyer, started ABC Mobile Marquee in 1978 as a supplemental income for his family. With hard work and dedication, he grew his inventory from 10 to over 70 rental signs over the course of six years. In 1986, Cliff lost his full-time job and was forced to decide whether to find another job or give the sign business a solid shot. He chose to take a leap of faith and ABC Mobile Marquee became ABC Sign Company.

For several years, Cliff worked out of his garage, selling, manufacturing, and installing signs all by himself. In 1990, he moved into a small rental space close to home, where his wife, Donna, helped with the books and his oldest son, Tom, began working with him full-time after graduating college in 1991.
